Annual General Meeting
Owing to the current Covid-19 situation, the delayed AGM will now be held online, via Zoom video conferencing at 14:00 on Wednesday 14th October 2020.
The business of the meeting shall be:
- Acceptance of Minutes of 2019 AGM
- Presentation of the Chairman’s report for 2019
- Presentation of the accounts for 2019
- Appointment of independent examiner
- Election of new Chairman and committee members
- Any proposed resolutions
Further details about the AGM will be circulated to members and added here in due course.
The committee appreciates that not all members will be familiar with the use of the online technology and help will be made available to those that require it. A proxy voting form will also be circulated to all members so that those who are unable to attend the meeting can instruct the Chairman to cast their votes on their behalf. The committee encourage members who will not be taking part in the Zoom meeting to make use of the proxy option to help ensure that the number needed for a quorum is achieved. This will be available from the 17th September, when we will be aware of all nominations and resolutions, ending on the 12th October 2020.
