Emma Warren will speak about Chertsey Abbey.
The abbey was founded in 666 AD as a Benedictine monastery by Saint Erkenwald who was its first abbot and, from 675 AD, the Bishop of London.
The talk is in Windsor Methodist Church Hall, Alma Road SL4 3HH. New attendees are warmly welcome and you do not need to book. Sessions cost £3 at the door to cover the cost of speakers and room hire.
The nearest RBWM car parks are East Berks College and Alma Road.
Anti-Covid precautions will be in place and subject to any changes in Government advice.
Attendees may wish to take a lateral flow test before coming.
