Watercolour Card Painting
We meet monthly, on the 2nd Tuesday afternoon
Venue: Member's Home

We paint our cards from ideas we have gathered from elsewhere, be it magazines, photos, Pinterest etc. We give each other advice and feedback but there is no tuition. We bring our own materials and pay £3 to include a drink. There is visitor parking available.

Convenor(s): Michelle G (Full details will only be displayed to logged in members)

Most people love receiving a hand-painted card. Peter Honey, who is convenor of The Writing Group, has been using watercolours to create his own greeting cards for many years. Now, he is sharing the time he spends, brush in hand, with other members who are giving it a go, or who were already painting their own cards. Bouncing ideas off other people is always fruitful and those who are more experienced painters help the less knowledgeable.
