This group plans to meet monthly from 2023 to help each other on aspects of dressmaking that include: pattern drafting, fitting advice, sewing tips and tricks, sharing fabric and pattern surplus and ‘show and tell’. Anyone keen to make their own clothes whether new, but enthusiastic, or experienced and would like to offer expert advice, or just enhance your skills, you’d be most welcome. There is no need to bring sewing machines as this will not be a sewing course as such.
