About Windsor u3a

Windsor and District u3a has well over 650 members from a wide area around Windsor, including Eton, Slough, Datchet, Old Windsor, Englefield Green, Iver and Ascot – essentially as far as you wish to travel.

Our main activities centre on the 90+ Interest Groups our members run, many of which are hosted in their homes, see the details by following links from the Interest Group Info page.

Additionally, we hold monthly general meetings (with guest speaker) on the second Wednesday of each month, in Gardeners’ Hall, St. Leonards Road, SL4 3DR. Prospective members are very welcome. How to Join
The annual membership fee is £14 per person from 1st January (£8 if joining from July onwards). A small additional (typically) ‘per-meeting’ cost is usually also necessary, dependent on many factors, the Interest Groups section in any Newsletter will give examples. For specifics, see each group’s own web page, accessible via the A-Z List of Groups page.

Joining online is the quickest option; visit the Join Us page and follow the instructions.

Joining is also possible by meeting us (typically at a Monthly Meeting), completing an application form and using your credit/debit card with our card reader.

Windsor & District u3a is located in the u3a South East Region, within which we benefit from support and events from Thames Valley Network (often known as simply ‘TVN’).

Our u3a was formed in 2008, we are a growing and friendly affiliate of the national u3a organisation.
