The UK HSA has raised the weather alert to a RED warning on Wednesday and Thursday in our area.
Members; please keep an eye on your inbox for possible e-mails from Group Leaders cancelling regular meetings this week.
Any day this week – even if your meeting is going ahead, please take care in the extreme temperatures and ensure your own hydration is sufficient and exposure to sun minimal.
